Studio ELSE —EXPO Program Policies
프로그램 안내 및 유의사항
1. Eligibility & Placement | 참여 대상 및 수업 배정
This program is open to students from elementary through high school.
Participation may be confirmed after consultation to ensure appropriate placement based on age and readiness.
참여 가능 연령은 초등학생부터 고등학생까지이며, 원활한 수업 진행을 위해 참여 여부는 상담 후 결정될 수 있습니다.
2. Scheduling & Attendance | 수업 일정 및 출석 안내
Schedule changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
수업 일정 변경은 최소 24시간 전에 요청해 주시기 바라며, 변경 가능 여부는 스케줄 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
Late arrival may reduce individual working time but will not extend the session duration.
지각 시 개인 작업 시간이 줄어들 수 있으나, 전체 수업 시간은 동일하게 운영됩니다.
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless previously approved.
사전 협의 없이 결석한 수업은 환불 또는 보강이 불가합니다.
3. Program Commitment & Refund Policy | 프로그램 운영 및 환불 규정
Due to limited enrollment and preparation requirements, program fees are non-refundable once the program begins.
정원 제한 및 사전 준비가 필요한 과정으로, 프로그램 시작 이후에는 환불이 불가합니다.
Additional sessions may be requested based on availability and will be charged separately.
추가 수업은 잔여 자리 상황에 따라 신청 가능하며, 별도의 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
4. Artwork & Submission | 작품 제작 및 제출 안내
Students will create original artwork based on the selected Open Call theme.
학생들은 선택된 공모전 주제를 바탕으로 자신만의 창의적인 작품을 제작하게 됩니다.
Final submission will be completed only for students who meet attendance requirements and complete their artwork within the program timeline.
최종 작품 제출은 출석 기준을 충족하고 프로그램 기간 내 작품이 완성된 경우에 진행됩니다.
The instructor will guide and assist with submission; however, final judging results are determined solely by the competition organizer.
강사는 작품 제작 및 제출 과정을 안내하고 지원하지만, 공모전 심사 및 결과는 주최 기관의 기준에 따라 결정됩니다.
Studio ELSE is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or decisions made by the competition organizer.
공모전 주최 측의 일정 변경, 취소 또는 심사 결과에 대해서는 Studio ELSE가 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Participation in EXPO provides guided submission experience but does not guarantee selection, awards, or competition results.
EXPO 프로그램은 실제 작품 제출 경험을 제공하는 과정이며, 공모전 선정 또는 수상을 보장하지는 않습니다.
Awards, recognitions, and prizes belong entirely to the student.
수상 및 모든 혜택은 학생 개인에게 직접 제공됩니다.
5. Materials & Costs | 재료 및 비용 안내
Submission fees and any required material costs are the responsibility of parents or guardians.
공모전 제출비 및 추가 재료 비용은 학부모 부담입니다.
Additional materials beyond standard class supplies may incur extra costs.
기본 제공 재료 외 추가 재료가 필요한 경우 별도 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
6. Creative Integrity | 창작 윤리 및 저작권 기준
All submitted artwork must be the student’s original creation.
모든 제출 작품은 학생 본인의 순수 창작물이어야 합니다.
Studio ELSE does not permit copying, tracing, or use of copyrighted material that violates competition rules.
공모전 규정을 위반하는 모사, 트레이싱 또는 저작권 문제가 있는 작업은 허용되지 않습니다.
7. Learning Environment | 수업 환경 및 참여 태도
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and focused studio environment. Participation may be reconsidered if behavior significantly disrupts the program.
원활한 수업 환경 유지를 위해 학생은 상호 존중의 태도를 유지해야 하며, 수업 진행에 지장을 주는 경우 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다.
