CRET Course
Think deeply, make intentionally, speak clearly.
Course Description
The CRET course is a project-based class where students explore personal ideas through art and language. Each project follows a clear creative arc: Prompt → Research & Discussion → Creation → Presentation → Critique Students work across a range of mediums and materials, using art as a way to think, reflect, and communicate. Classes are fully conducted in English, encouraging students to speak, explain ideas, and respond to feedback in a supportive environment. Presentations and peer critiques help students develop clarity, empathy, and confidence as creators. The focus is not on producing perfect outcomes, but on learning how to think critically, express ideas clearly, and understand one’s own creative process. Purpose of the CRET Course • Creative expression and self-reflection • Critical thinking and problem-solving • English fluency and communication skills • Growing self-awareness and creative confidence
